Consider Invisalign treatment to get the beautiful straight teeth you've always wanted — without braces. As a Premier Preferred Invisalign Providers, Dr. Brammeier has created nearly 150 beautiful smiles using Invisalign’s clear aligner technology. A consultation at our Lisle, IL dental office can determine if Invisalign clear aligners are right for you.

What is it?

Invisalign is an orthodontic process of moving teeth using a series of clear aligners instead of metal brackets and wires. Each aligner is precision-made to slowly guide the teeth into their proper positions. Invisalign clear aligners are made with 3D computer imaging technology and have been proven effective as conventional orthodontics for most cases.

Why would I want it?

Invisalign aligners are removable, thereby allowing for easier and improved hygiene versus conventional orthodontics. Since the aligners are meant to be removed, you can also eat and drink what you want while in treatment. Invisalign aligners are also clear, so they are virtually “invisible.” The aligners don't abrade the inside of the lips and cheeks, and create gentle forces on the teeth, resulting in greater comfort during treatment.

How does it work?

You wear each set of aligners for about 7-10 days, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move — little by little, week by week — until they have straightened to their final positions. You will need to visit our Lisle dental office once every four to six weeks so we can monitor your progress and give you the next set of aligners.

Treatment length can vary from just a few months to a year or more, depending on the degree of correction required. Dr. Brammeier will discuss the length of your treatment during your consultation.

Is Invisalign right for you?

Most malocclusions can be treated with Invisalign, though severe cases may need conventional braces for the best results. During your consultation, Dr. Brammeier will determine whether Invisalign is the correct route to treat your malocclusion, and inform you of how important your role is in achieving the desired outcome. Together, you will determine if Invisalign is the proper course of treatment for you to pursue.

Our Promise to You

Our goal is to achieve an exceptional outcome. We will not stop treatment after the initial set of aligners are completed unless the desired outcome has been achieved. If you are not satisfied with the results of your Invisalign treatment, we will request more trays and continue treatment, at no additional charge, until both you and our doctors are satisfied.
